The Bled hypothermal springs contain calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, sulfur chloride, iron oxide carbonate and other mineral salts. The constant temperature at the springs is 23 °C. Hypothermal water is used in balneotherapy and hydrotherapy. Diseases of the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, nervous system and psycho-physical stress are treated in the spa. The thermal springs wind along the eastern shores of the lake, forming a semicircle and from there they are channeled into the pools of the hotels in Bled: Hotel Park, Grand Hotel Toplice and Rikli Balance Hotel. The wellness centers of these hotels are equipped with saunas and other services and offer numerous treatments. Wellness Center Živa of Rikli Balance Hotel specializes in treatments based on Rikli therapeutic methods based on natural healing factors.

Bled is located in the northwestern part of Slovenia. The lake with an island in the centre, the green of the woods and the Julian Alps as a background form an enchanting scenery, one of the symbols of Slovenia's natural beauty.
